Using Gathered Years

These terms apply to gatheredyears.com and The Family Photo Guide supplied by Gathered Years. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that use or order. Contact us at aidimao123@gmail.com with questions. Purchasers must be legally able to enter into a contract.

The product and price

The Family Photo Guide Bundle contains three English PDFs: The Family Photo Guide (14 pages), Keep Your Printed Photos Organized (10 pages, including printable templates), and Start Here (1 page). The price is US$9.90 as a one-time payment, with no subscription. Any applicable tax and the final amount payable are shown at checkout before payment. No physical book, scanning service, equipment, or personal consultation is included. Only items expressly listed in the product description at purchase are included.

Orders, payment, and delivery

Orders can be placed only when checkout is enabled. No order or payment is accepted through a product enquiry. Payments are handled through Creem and are also subject to the terms presented at checkout. After your payment is confirmed, follow the digital delivery instructions provided by Creem to access and save the PDFs to your device. Keep your order reference. If the download link is missing or the file does not open, contact us with your order reference for help.

Your permission to use the guide

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, and print the guide for your own personal and household use. Copyright remains with Gathered Years or the relevant rights holder. You may not resell the guide, publicly upload it, distribute copies outside your household, or remove ownership notices. These restrictions do not limit uses that applicable law permits without permission.

Refunds

We do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind after purchase. Exceptions and mandatory consumer rights are explained in our Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these terms. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Using the guidance

The guide provides general educational information. Photo materials, condition, and storage environments vary, and no particular preservation result is guaranteed. Use judgment before handling fragile or damaged originals and obtain specialist help where needed. Keep backups before changing digital files. We remain responsible for supplying the digital product as described and for obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Website use and third-party services

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe others’ rights. External websites and services have their own terms. We may update the site or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security. Changes do not remove your rights in an existing purchase.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the guide or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain any right to use the courts or dispute-resolution routes available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. The terms in effect when you purchase apply to that purchase unless a change is legally required or you agree otherwise. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
