Refund Policy

Digital product purchases

The Family Photo Guide Bundle contains downloadable PDFs. Please review the product description, language, format, and price before purchasing. We do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges for a change of mind after purchase. This policy is subject to the exceptions and mandatory rights below.

Immediate delivery and your agreement

Before payment, you are asked to agree to the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy and to expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, you are also asked to acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once supply begins with your prior express consent, to the extent permitted by law. This does not waive your rights if the product is defective, not supplied, or materially not as described.

Download problems and duplicate charges

If your download link is missing, the PDF cannot be opened, or you were charged twice, email aidimao123@gmail.com with your order reference and checkout email. We will investigate and help restore access, provide a corrected file, or arrange an appropriate refund where required. Do not send full card details or passwords.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes any refund, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law. Any rights provided under the payment provider’s applicable buyer terms also remain unaffected. An acknowledgement at checkout does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Approved refunds

Where a refund is due, it is processed through the payment provider to the original payment method. The time until it appears depends on your payment provider and bank. After a full refund, stop using the guide and delete the copies you made, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
